OUR SENSOR
Our sensor was created with the aim of raising awareness of institutions, large companies and citizens on the damage related to air pollution and promote their direct commitment with projects aimed at raising awareness on air quality.
This objective is to be achieved also through an innovative and participatory communication, which stimulates everyone to want to know what they breathe, at any time and wherever they are, in addition to data from fixed stations already present on the territory.
The device is designed as a tool for individuals who have an interest in independently identifying the sources of pollution by reading the pollutant levels in the location where they are at the moment and being alerted when the air quality becomes unhealthy.
JOIN THE COMMUNITY
Our devices move with an individual and indicate personal air intake. Our AIR devices show changes in pollutant levels from block to block and at intervals of several minutes. Therefore, our device records the range of levels within a small geographic area experienced by a person over a short period of time.
The device communicates via Bluetooth with an app on your phone . Your pollution levels and location information are automatically transmitted to our server. This information is anonymous and not linked to you or your name. Also, rest assured, our online data display is slightly delayed and "fuzzy," so it can't be used for things like targeted tracking.
